Prior to becoming a Broker Owner of Ocean Eleven Realty, I have the experience to do business with La Rosa St Augustine, Keller Williams Atlantic Partners St Augustine, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and REMAX. I have been working several years in Real estate including property management. One of my wide varieties of duties include the responsibility for the administration and management for several properties. Also I specialized in Sell, Buy, Invest in the real estate in the Northeast of Florida with a closing ration of 95% of all Listing. My expertise has mainly been to provide excellent customer service and at the same time making sure the first time home buyers, investors, all VIP customer and management companies’ financial goals and dreams are achieved. I am originally from Venezuela in South America, therefore I am fluent in Spanish. I came to United State when I was 17 years of age to further my education at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio. My major was in Business Administration and Management. Throughout the years, I have learned that above and beyond customer service will always lead to success!
