  • Emergency Repairs: Provide 24/7 emergency repair services to address urgent issues quickly. (must have a home warranty)
  • Vendor Management: Work with a network of trusted contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality repairs.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any potential issues.

5. Legal Compliance and Risk Management

  • Lease Enforcement: Enforce lease terms and manage any legal issues related to tenancy, such as eviction proceedings if necessary.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.

6. Vacancy Management
