Experience gained in being a Branch Manager, Personal Loan Consultant, Underwriter and Loan Servicing Team Manager II, has made me a skilled customer service manager and an astute negotiator.

As a Mortgage Servicing Unit Manager I, I have acquired an understanding and utilize appropriate options such as Collections, Repayment plans, Modifications and/or Short Sale, deed-in-lieu, or Foreclosure, to cure the account based on customer’s willingness and ability. I supervise the execution of the appropriate curing actions and respond to the customers, investors and 3rd party-related inquiries. I also ensure compliance with Federal Laws and Company guidelines in order to minimize losses and legal concerns. I have developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of governing rules, regulations and implication of processes on other groups within the Department and Company. As a team player, I’m able to lead associates to perform. I currently manage 2 teams of 22 front-line associates in a high-volume, deadline and production-driven environment.

Consistently honing my interpersonal, communication and motivational skills have given me a solid reputation for customer relationships. In my new role as a finance manager. I can now utilize my skills to deliver world class service to customers who are purchasing new vehicles. Although this is not within the world of home mortgages, it gives me satisfaction and puts me one step closer to my passion of loan originations. Meet Guillermo Vargas, the CEO of Provision Inspection Services.

He is a Florida licensed home and commercial professional certified master inspector who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Universidad Santo Tomas in Bogota, Colombia. He also earned a specialization in environmental engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a specialization in quality control from Universidad Industrial de Santander.

Guillermo has trained in the home inspection industry in Florida since 2001. He is experienced in new construction and real estate re-sale inspecting, as well as in the real estate and appraiser industry, giving him comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry and the skills necessary to make exhaustive inspections.

He has performed thousands of home inspection services in North Florida and holds vast experience in commercial inspections gained in the 30+ years working in the construction and engineering industry.

Guillermo is fully bilingual in English & Spanish.

He has great experience as a construction estimator (over 10 years) and an investing inspector (flipping houses). He is a Certified Master Inspector.
