The following is a brief outline of my background :

Experience gained in being a Branch Manager, Personal Loan Consultant, Underwriter and Loan Servicing Team Manager II, has made me a skilled customer service manager and an astute negotiator.

As a Mortgage Servicing Unit Manager I, I have acquired an understanding and utilize appropriate options such as Collections, Repayment plans, Modifications and/or Short Sale, deed-in-lieu, or Foreclosure, to cure the account based on customer’s willingness and ability. I supervise the execution of the appropriate curing actions and respond to the customers, investors and 3rd party-related inquiries. I also ensure compliance with Federal Laws and Company guidelines in order to minimize losses and legal concerns. I have developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of governing rules, regulations and implication of processes on other groups within the Department and Company. As a team player, I’m able to lead associates to perform. I currently manage 2 teams of 22 front-line associates in a high-volume, deadline and production-driven environment.

Consistently honing my interpersonal, communication and motivational skills have given me a solid reputation for customer relationships. In my new role as a finance manager. I can now utilize my skills to deliver world class service to customers who are purchasing new vehicles. Although this is not within the world of home mortgages, it gives me satisfaction and puts me one step closer to my passion of loan originations.
